The entire estate is gracefully elevated by 80cm, meaning the main entrance, the outdoor patio, and the Garden Suite all share a seamless, single-level flow with zero internal stairs. Your wardrobe is fully stocked with extra pillows, pristine sheets, and fresh towels. Control your environment completely with dedicated climate control (heat/cold), double-layered drapes paired with total blackout rollers, and a Multimedia TV loaded with Cosmote’s full movie, series, and international sports packs.

Above the bath, the window is fitted with a secure mosquito net, allowing you to invite the fresh, fragrant garden breeze and natural Mediterranean ventilation into the suite with absolute peace of mind.
Vertical Living: The Adventure Nook
Ascend the sturdy wooden ladder into the Adventure Nook, a brilliantly designed loft offering a unique "treehouse" experience inside the estate. This ultimate teenage hideaway separates the sleeping platform from the lounge below, maximizing privacy while maintaining a perfect acoustic connection to the ground-floor Garden Suite so parents can easily monitor the wing. (Please note: Due to the elevated open design and ladder access, this space is strictly reserved for guests aged 12 and older).
