Greek Plumbing: Like most of Greece, our pipes are delicate. Please place paper in the bins provided, never in the toilet.

Air Conditioning: We love the Cretan heat, but please close windows when AC is on, and turn units OFF when you leave the villa.

Critter Control: We are in a nature zone. Please clean spills immediately and do not feed stray animals. Never leave trash bags outside as they invite wildlife to the patio.

Furniture Care: Please allow swimwear to dry before using the sofas, and keep furniture in its original place to protect the floors.

Peace & Quiet: Relaxation mode is ON. We kindly ask you to avoid parties and keep music at a respectful volume.

The Departure Checklist: Check for chargers & belongings. Kindly, load the dishwasher (we will start it) and hang used towels to dry. Please, leave linens on the beds.

Trash & Recycling: Use the Green Bin: General Waste and the Blue Bin: Recycling (Clean Plastic food containers, Glass, Paper).

Breakages: Accidents happen! Please tell us immediately so we can fix it before the next guest arrives.
